Our Story

We’re 100% plant-based, plastic-free & mostly organic

Soon after opening our first restaurant in Norwich in 2018, and then our second establishment in the vibrant town of Brighton in 2020, we are excited to show Edinburgh what we have to offer. As plant-based dining becomes more popular, opening this concept was a way for us to evolve the Erpingham house brand. Situated in Bonnie and Wild Scottish Marketplace, we want to show Edinburgh the innovative ways to enhance plant-based dishes, and we aim to help further in the world’s adoption of more plant-based foods, and as a result a more conscious lifestyle.

Protective masks + gloves are made available for all staff.

- Sanitizing all restaurant surfaces
Increased frequency of sanitation + disinfection of all restaurant surfaces.

Hand-washing alerts for all team members at least every hour.
